Problem in New Ca

I had purchased a new car on 19th july feel proud to having it. But it was my mistake. it itself stop in between the road on7th sep & car was run 954 kml. in the night around 11.30 PM. i called up tollfree no so many time i didnt get any response from his side. I taken member ship of smile and get my car ok. Next day i gave my car for service and tell all the history to car service agent. after the service agent told me you will never face again this problem after driving my car only 30 km again it stopped on the road at 6.3 0 pm. again i called up service people they asked me to leave my car on road they will checked in the morning.

Is it possible to leave new car on night GT Karnal Road??? When i gave him my car for repair this mechanical fault and given written complaint to MR. Jakthar singh GM Works Malwa automobiles karnal he bluntly refused to take my complaint.

I had given complaint to toll free no and service head Haryana Mr. Khanna but till data i have not received any response his side.

Very poor service!
