CASE DETAILS as folows:

SUB: REFUND CLAIM from AIR INDIA / makemytrip.com for my booked ticket from Ahmedabad to Delhi but flight cancelled

(1) Ticket including Invoice details of my journey

(2) Refund Slip - written and confirm by Air India

(3) Claim to Make My Trip - from their web complain feedback form

(4) Mail sent to service@makemytrip.com but NO reply yet

(5) Mail sent to Air India help Desk and reply from them

(6) Can not cancel Image for refund at makemytrip.com

Case Detail:

I had booked ticket from www.makemytrip.com of AIR INDIA flight to travel from Ahmedabad to Delhi.

The flight was announce cancelled at 12:25am (19.Jan.2010). At airport desk i was told that you will get full refund. The Air India representativecancelled my boarding pass and assured me for refund by going to makemytrip.com.

But i am not able to cancel as it is showing a note (picture attached).

I request you to reimbursement all full amount of booking and 800/- Rs. Transfer claim to me as i have to reschedule the journey.

FURTHER AT AIRPORT ALL PASSENGER WE INFORMED THAT ALL WILL GET HOTEL ACCOMODATION DUE TO INCONVIENENT CAUSED.

I DID NOT AVAILED THE OPTION BUT CHOOSE TO TRAVEL BACK TO HOME AND WHATEVER WHILL BE THE TRANSPORT CHARGE WILL BE GIVEN TO PASSENGER WAS DECIDED.

ONE PASSENGER GOT TRANSPORT MONEY AND WHEN EARLY MORNING WHEN I RETURNED TO AIRPORT I WAS REFUSED TO GET THE SAME.

EVEN I AM STILL NOT GETTING ANY REFUND FOR THE TICKETS.

I have booked another flight of indigo from Ahmedabad to Delhi (19.01.2010 12:35PM departure) from makemytrip.com.

Thank you for your reply.

I am struggling since last 25 days to get refund. Ultimately I had to take leave for one day to visit your office to request for refund.

I am being harassed by the company.

Following details are for my claim.

(1) Refund for - Full Amount of Ticket

(2) 800/- Local travel compensation (from Ahmedabad air port to home in Ahmedabad)

(3) 3000/- Cost for a day for coming to makemytrip - Udhyog Vihar Office in Gurgaon (visited on 13.02.2010 3:00pm)
