AIR TICKET
Refund of Amount debited

Dear Sir,

I booked an Air Ticket from Delhi on Saturday i.e. 20.08.2011 for my journey from Delhi to Kolkata by AIR INDIA Flight No. 022 through Makemy Trip.

I opted for payment of Rs.5, 593.00 through my State Bank Of India Debit card and accordingly the said amount also debited to my State Bank of India Savings Account No. 30181530367 immediately. The amount has been credited to AVENUES INDIA PVT LTD MUMBAI (POS PRCH POS 123223102897) but Air Ticket was not generated.

When I contacted the concerned person of Makemy Trip the informed that since they have not received payment Air Ticket not generated and finally they canceelled the booking.

I arranged another Air Ticket to for my journey.

I thetefore shall request you to please look in to thr matter and arrange to refund the amount deducted to my account at an early date.
