Theft of laptop bag that contains laptop, digital camera and pasport from Meru ca

I have booked Meru cab to go to bangalore international airport from HAL airport road. Cab no was KA-53 6127.

I started at 5.30 Pm from my home to catch my flight which was at 9 PM.when i told cab driver to put my luggage (one laptop bag along with one airbag) in the boot space, he told that the cab has just came from servicing so its wet. And he put my luggage on the rear seat. When i was about to sit on the rear seat, he told to sit me in the front seat.

I sat in the front seat.

At 5.40 PM we reached citibank ATM near to Domlur Flyover. I stopped the card since driver told that he will not accept the card and I went to draw some cash from the ATM.

when I came back, i found the left back door slightly open and driver was standing near to the driver door.

When i checked for my laptop bag which has laptop, digital camera and my passport, driver told he doesnt know anything about this.

driver told that some one came to his window and told that some ten rupee note are lying on the ground and driver came out to collect that ten rupee notes and so he has not seen anyone flicking my laptop bag.

I had booked Meru cab only due to security purpose. But i lost my laptop bag and one very important business trip due to the Meru cab driver negligence :(.

when contacted Meru management they told that they will look into the issue, but till now i am waiting to hear from them.
