TDR Refund

I had booked tickets for me and my mother on : 19-6 From Station: YESVANTPUR JN (YPR) To Station: HOWRAH JN (HWH), PNR Number: 4418671687, Transaction ID: 0222731649, Date Of Journey: 03/7, The ticket was in waitinglist.By the day of journey only my ticket got confirmed but my mothers ticket was not confirmed and she did not travel. I filed a TDR on : 06-Jul Reference No: ekt2010076001392549, Reason For TDR: Passenger Not Travelled. Till date I have not yet received my Refund, Every time I call or send a email I am told the details have been sent to the Railways but I have not yet received my money. Its more than a year and there is no response. contacting IRCTC they do not provide any contact details of the concerned people, Can you please look in to the matter and get my refund.
