Money Debited but Ticket not confirmed

I had booked four Gold class tickets for the film Aairathil oruvan on april 15 in Big cinemas (Jazz) in madurai via online. The money has been detected but ticket was not confirmed asking me to try with another debit card when already my debit card has been detected with Rs 380.I need my money to be refunded. My transaction Id w.r.to ICICI bank is VIN/RELIANCE ME0114103041/0
