Ive booked 4 tickets for Endhiran movie in Sivan theatre - Tirupur..Ive booked for 27/11 night show..Ive got a call from Limata person and he says that the show is cancelled and amount will be refund within 5 days..But after 5 days ive send a mail to limata (wecare@limata.com) and also ive called them atleast 10 times, but they never respond me properly..I really not satisfied with thier services...

THEY DONT HAVE PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON IN CUSTOMER CARE...

today is 16/12, even today ive called from morning and just few mins back they have attend my call and simply says that they will reply to mail and they disconnect my call..After that ive called them but they didnt pickup my calls...

I REALLY DONT KNOW WHAT TO SAY ABOUT THEIR SERVICES, BUT IN A SINGLE WORD, IT IS RIDICULOUS THING...
