Product different from that in advertisement

I had ordered Reebok Lite ride shoes from one of Bag It today' online advertisements (On youtube, orkut & even this website).

First of all, they promised the home delivery within 7 days. When I didn't get it in 7 days, I had to follow up with them several times when they realized that the phoduct was not even couriered yet! This pair of shoes came to my home in a total of 15 days in good condition. But after unpacking them, I found that the model of shoes is totally different than that in the advertisement. The shoes really looks like a cheap product, far different from the ad.
