I had purchased shoes from BATA INDIA LTD., (556/02092), shop no 7&8, Hemleela Apts, M.P.road, MulundEast, M 81 on31/05/10 videcash memo no 31-05-10/1/0028 002092, Article 8916350. Ipurchased shoes of mrp Rs699/ and i gave 20% discount coupan and paid Rs559.20 by cr card. After 1 mth shoes got spoiled, iwent to shop for replacement. The managr told me he will send it for approval. Next week i went to shop to find that comp had approved claim of Rs559.20 instead or Mrp Rs699/. Manager told me to buy shoes of 559.20 but i said i had purchased shoes of Rs699/, hesaid he canot do anything. I request you to approve Rs699/ claim instead of 559.20 pls
