Bata All-season shoes
Sole peeled off within a week

I had purchased all season shoes from Bata SHowroom at Fort, Mumbai Near Horniman cirlcle (cash memo no. 13-6-11/1/0292 02377 dated June 13).

the sole peeled off within a week. when approached the showroom for replacement they refused to replace the damage shoes even though the company''s policy printed on reverse side of bill states that the sole defect is major defect and the company it is obligatory to replace the shoes.

After lot of argument the showroom owner offered to repair the shoes and issued me Invoice no. R100317 dated July 9

The repairs were not done properly and the sole of the both the shoes has completely peeled of

please help me to claim damages or replacement.
