Complaint about product - Quality is terrible now. I purchased shoes for Kid, within 1month the inner sole came out, pasting of sole came out - I got it repaired outside. I purchased chappal for my wife - the strap came out in the train and we had to throw it, asked my brother who came to receive to bring a pair of chappal for her to get down from train. Purchased school (black) shoes for daughter - buckle rivet came out within 2 weeks!!! What's happening at Bata - there was a time, when I used to admire the quality - now its pickpocket! we spend so much for name but the quality is worst than road side products..
