Defect in Sandals

Dear Sir/Madam

I purchased your Bata Sandals (model no:5716019 SPRING) on 21/02 from your shop at Brodipet, Guntur (Andhra Pradesh)

They are defective and upper layer tear off within a week.

Your Manager is saying that they will replace it at 50%.

In that way i will loose Rs.200/-.

why should i loose Rs.200/- without any fault on my side

your sandals are defective, we used to purchase your articles with the intension that they are of good quality.

But we need to change our opinion.

I hope you will do the necessary justice as early as possible.
