Defect in bata shoe

Hi Sir

I am a dedicated Bata customer. I bought a Bata shoe worth Rs.899 last November dated 06-11.I used it for around 1 month and i saw its upper material getting damaged. So i consulted your showroom and got to know that it is an usual case for such type of shoes. I know the warranty is only up to 2 months i got a message that if i have any further complaints get the shoe to showroom later even after the warranty period is over. Now the damage is of such a kind that iam not able to use it. So i humbly request you to grant me replacement for my shoe.
