Crack on the left side at the bottom

Respected sir,

I have recently bought a shoe of Bata company. The serial number of the shoe is 855-6011 and the price is rupees 1999.

I have used this shoe only 3months. I am always using the products of Bata company and this is the first time i got complained in the shoes. The complaint is that the left side of shoe gets cracked at the bottom.

So kindly arrange necessary information to the Thiruvalla shop and please change my shoes.
