In the last week of October, I had placed an Order from a BATA store in Dombivali East and made the payment of Rs 550/- through SBI Debit Card.

The order was cancelled due to non availability of the product and a complaint number was given to me

Since then I have been calling the Gurgaon, Delhi Customer Care number (011 66032282) daily and asking them about the status

They keep on saying they'l return the money soon

Till now I have not received any update from them

The order number is 1003 4312

The complaint number provided by them is 201143708
