This refund money request

I dont know up to what extent this complaint will help.

I have placed an online order from BATA for two pair of shoes on 18th march, and order number is 10066145. After 14 days (31st march) they canceled my order and they mailed me and say they want refund my money now today is 26 April and they did not refund my money. When I spoke to bata customer care, they just a place complaint no 2012022842... and say please wait at 24 to 48 hours, I do not know what to do?
