Teared in first day

Sir/madam,

i recently bought an slipper of your company at (ALTAJ SHOES, NO 14, AMERICAN COLLEGE COMPLEX, GORIPALAYAM, MADURAI-625002, TAMILNADU.) after two days, one of my slipper were teared, when i contacted the above address they didnt respond for it, they said it was company fault we are not responsible for it. so i kindly request you to take a sudden reaction about the complaint, if this continues you will started to lose trust of the customer on your company because of the shop which i mentioned above.
