Bata/Hush Puppies
DEFECTIVE SHOE

I Purchased a Hush Puppies shoe on 29.11.11 being article 8546111 vide cash memo # 29.11.11/0005 03592 for for... Rs.2799.30 after discount. There is defect in the right shoe as I feel there is some defect in the sole and feels as if it broken/or hollow and does not take tthe weight properly, which makes it very uncomfortable and I am unable to use it. There is no such discomfort in the left shoe hich is why I feel there is a defect in the right shoe sole.

I visited the store on 15.1.2012 and they checked the shoe but could not find the fault and then asked me to file a complaint on the Bata consumer services web site.

I would like to have the shoe replaced or money refunded to me. Pease reply quickly as I am in Delhi for a few days only.
