Bata India
Not received the product

I have purchased a pair of shoes from bata india website on 26th july but i have not received the product yet. my order no. is 10020933, i called the customer care which is not responding nobody receives the call i was able to talk to them only once and i was assured that the product will be delivered to me within 2 days but the didnot happened. This gives me a very bad impression of bata india and i am never gonna purchase any product from bata india. Now i have no option but to go to the consumer court
