New shoe leave its pasting and shape

Ihave bought a shoe article no 8826019 from bata lajpat nagar its very disappointing that such a good brand company shoe is useless in just a twice wear.and when i gone to the outlet they said sir we cant do anything as its paisting was gone the shape of shoe was not proper since i am acustomer to bata from a long since years and this is the first time i have got a complaint in a brand new shoe also the inner patawa has also leaved the paisting and its so disscusting to wear the shoe as its solution come on to socks.

I will really appreciate if thecompany will change my shoe and give me new one .the cost of the shoe was 699.
