Wrong delivery of Product and no response since more 20m days

I had ordered Ladies hand bag, order no order no- 10052717- but on Feb13th i got men's shoes wrongly delivered to my place, lodged complaint on 14th Feb (complaint no- 2012001502) since then i must have called 10 times to BATA customer care and put 5 mails but there is no response from them, all that they tell is i have to wait nor even they are refunding my money

Plz help ..my money is stuck with them nor i m getting my product
