Defective Delivery Of Watch

I purchased a watch of New Jersey Polo Club from Naaptol.com vide Order No- 3508908 worth Rs.499/-.After delivery when i opened the seal Glass of the watch had a big scratch on it also the case/box in which it was packed was crushed.

Kindly get the defect removed from the product or else it will be presumptive for us that online shopping of electronics goods shall not be made and the Naaptol sells cheap and defective goods in the name of Sale.
