SHOE PASTE PROBLEM

I brought a shoe in 2.06.2012 from amritsar putli ghar.cash memo # :02.06.12/1/0066..article no.8716408 SS no.1 and SZ no.8... my shoe paste has come out... and i have lodged a complaint via phone.and i was told that i will get a shoe in exchange with that.so kindly look into this matter and please do something with this... thank you.
