Low Quality, teared

I have purchased Sandals & shoes at Bata india limited, #723, opp Seshadripuram College, Yelahanka New Town, Bangalore-560064

.because of default or teared in sole of sandals

But i Lost my warranty details and had enquired in shop but there were not responding my Complaint. I purchased this in FEW Days Back & loosing trust on Bata products.
