Shoes complaint

I purchased a shoes from bata showroom in last august.but after the one month use the sole 0f the shoe is gone.after that i did'nt used that shoes for a while.just one week before i went the same showroom for give a complaint about the shoes.then they shouted towards me and did'nt accept my complaint also.then one of the serviceman told me to complaint in the customer care service.so please consider my complaint&do some goodwill products for the people.. so please take thisone as my requist.you can contact me at any time.my phone number is9640427527, name; anoop antony
