Items not Received

I am very disappointed and highly frustrated by the way your customer care team treats their customers. I am rewriting my case as under:

1) My order was placed (payment duly made on the same day) vide my Membership no. 10235175 on Jan 31.

2) Received a response that I would receive in 3-4 days on Feb 3.

3) Sent a mail stating that I have not received my ordered items on Feb 6.

4) Since then, I have been calling almost every week till date and speaking to so many officers (Rashid, Adil, Arun and so many so far) about the delivery of my order and not getting concrete response till now.

The History is that the order was sent through Express IT courier erroneously (error from your side) to Tamilnadu instead of my address in Andhra Pradesh. Untill the courier company returns the goods to ITBC, I will not be able to receive my parcel. There has been a series of correspondence with regard to return of items sent thru Express IT erroneously to Tamilnadu. The customer care executive, RASHID RECEIVED AN INFORMATION THAT THE AFORESAID ORDER WAS NOT DESPATCHED THROUGH EXPRESS IT COURIER AT ALL and there starts a new story to find out the truths behind all this. Unless all this confusion unfolds, I will not get my ordered items as per Rashid.

At the end, it is the customer who is being penalised for not despatching the order for more than four and half months of placement of order and also after four and half months of receipt of payment. WHAT WOULD A CUSTOMER DO IN SUCH A CASE. THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL HANDLING OF CUSTOMERS FROM YOUR SIDE AND MAY ATTRACT PENALTY AND FINE IF THIS ISSUE IS ESCALATED TO THE CONCERNED LEGAL GOVERNING BODIES WHICH I MIGHT GO FORWARD IF I DO NOT GET A POSITIVE RESPONSE TO THIS COMPLAINT.

NOW, I DONT WANT THE ITEMS AFTER 4 AND HALF MONTHS. I HAVE ALREADY INFORMED ADIL A MONTH AGO FOR REFUND. REFUND IMMEDIATELY.

AWAITING POSITIVE RESPONSE.
