Wrong guidance, BAD SERVICE & Mis behaving

I bought day before Yday a sports shoe Size 4 & as suggested by salesman, shoe will loosen..

But yesterday I had wore it just half hour & its too tight causing so much pain in feet ..

Today I requested for exchange & they refused simply refused & even the behavior was Soooo rude... Its Noida Sec- 18 store ..

The salesman who sold it to me - Hussain - was in empathy that yes it should be exchanged..

But there is SOME other sales person (name not known) who really behaved very-2 rudely!!!

This is NOT THE KIND OF behavior & services we expect from Bata...

A Immediate action & replacement is REQUESTED PLEASE!!!
