From Bata showroom Tower freegunj Ujjain i purchased a pair of shoes and pay Rs.700.00 . Showroom in charge give me the replacement guaranty if any defect found.

unluckly soul of my shoes and stitching are damaged within 15 days, i went to the shop to complaint and to replace my shoes but shopkeeper did not give me proper attention he only take a writing complaint and tell me that he replace the shoes only after the companies approval. but even after 3 months he does not replace my shoes, and now he totally refused me. rohit bihani 91 94071 41042, 91 9826950556
