WEINBRENNER Chappal

I had baught a "WINBRENNER" chappal from BATA showroom at Vashi, Mumbai.

It's cost was 1199 Rs. I was under the impression that I could use it for 2 years at least as the product is from BATA. But I am very much disappointed. Quality is not all good. All the stiching is gone and the upper part has come out completely. I gave it in the same shop for repairing and they got it stiched after 8 days. Again all the stiches gone within a week. Colour is faded and it looks too bad..cheap... and it has become too big... size got enlarged...

I wanted my cash back and they said it's not possible.

I regret for buying "BATA's" product and will never ever buy anything from BATA.

I have discussed with all my friends and other people and they all have got same opininon
