Poor quality of shoes & service

I had bought a pair of black flat shoes from Catwalk 45-60 days back and wore them twice. each time i wore them i got badly cut at the back of my foot. the leather cut me, causing great discomfort and deep cuts.

I went to the santacruz store to complain. The person there said they will repair it and call me in a week. they obviously did not call back. I went again after 10 days and tried the shoes again. they were still biting me. the person in the shop very rudely says that he and the company cant take responsibility for the same and its not their fault! Not their fault? The shoes cuts me and is impossible to wear and I am told they are not responsible?

They again keep it to say they will get some cushioning done and deliver the shoes home in a week. 10days have gone nad still no news...

Very very disappointing!
