Defective material

I perchased a dress material for 670 INR but at home when i checked once again then found defect in that. So when i asked to the concern then they have not given proper reply on this. After fight they given me 5 other pcs and asked me to select from that which is not correct. So finally i selected one pcs from that. So there is no proper procedure for defective and I am not satisfied with big bazzar service.
