Lie about refund

I ordered a dress and took 3 weeks to get. When I got it the dress was totally misrepresented on their website. The color was no where near the color they had in their website! I contacted customer service and they told me to return it so I did. Brand new, tags attached and never even tried on! They get it back three weeks later and of course I had to contact them to see if they received it back. At first they lie and say the dress came back with tags removed and dress was worn and had scuffs and hair all over it. And can't refund me. This was a total lie!! I called them on it because I was smart and had pictures of the dress when I packaged it and sent back. Now they say they will refund me. I have been waiting 6 weeks now and keep getting excuses about my refund. They keep dancing around it and never refunding me. This I rediculous and a rip off. I sent the dress back brand new with tags and they still have my money and the dress leaving me totally scammed. They lie when they say they will refund you because they NEVER refund you. This company is nothing but a scamming lying rip off that sells misrepresented JUNK!!!
