Hi Reebok,

It is to inform you that i had bought a shoe (Model No. R167699) worth Rs 3999/- (IN SALE) from Raipur Road, Dehradun Reebok store named REEBOK FACTORY PRICE SHOP, MUNISH RETAIL, 25/33, Raipur Road, Dehradun (Uttarakhand), Ph. No. 0135 - 2652323.Through bill No. 1439 dated 29 July. The shoe opening from the arches of the foot 'a smiler cut of about 2' on both the shoe. i went in showroom within 24 hrs of the purchase but, the retailer say that nothing can be done as it is not a manufacturing defect or not in a guaranteed position (IN SALE)?

Don't you see that the shoes are totally worn out in just 24 Hrs from the date of purchase and they cost Rs. 3999/- (IN SALE)? Is this a less amount? Are REEBOK shoes expected to get worn out in only 24 Hrs?

Please let me know when can I get the shoes replaced from the local showroom in Dehradun. Please do it ASAP.
