Sole came off like a baked cake

I bought 2 pairs of Liberty Warrior Safety shoes. The second one I bought 1-year after I bought the first one. I am having no problem with the first pair, but the sole of the second pair was breaking like a baked cake when I opened it to use 2 months after I purchased it.

It is so soft that even a 2-year-old baby can poke his finger into the sole creating a hole. I kindly request the Liberty authority to please suggest me to get the sole hardened.

Please suggest something. Its a costly shoe.
