Defected Footwear Sold in name of Sale

On 1 May 12, i bought a footwear in sale from Delco Shoes, Rajouri Gareden, Delhi and 1095 and they had offer that if you buy 2 pairs, they will giv you 50% off, so i bought 2 paid and price came to 595/- .I wore shoes for first time on 17 May 12 as it was my birthday but to my surpirse, the sole was completely imbalanced, one could not literally walk wearing those shoes, was since i had left house wearing them, i had no option but surprisingly during the day, pasting of the entire shoe got away and due to inbalancing, my foot also got twisted.

Since it was the case of a manufacturing defect as the platform was imbalanced, i took the platforms to the delco store from i had purchased the same on 26th May 12, wherein the owner who had promised complete waranty of product wasnt available. The store manager said he can only get re-pasting done. Now my complaint is that even after buying the products from those called renowened stores and spending money, if customer has to put his suffer at hands of these store managers then why should one buy from Delco. Even footwear bought from roadside amouting to Rs.100/- last more than this.

Its really needed that these people should atleast replace it now or else i will leave no stone unturned to drag them to court.
