Size Change

I got couple of Denizen T-shirts for my dad from the Denizen showroom @ Express avenue. After one wash, the size reduced from xxl to xl. When i took there, the service person checked and compared with the XXL t-shirts available there. He confirmed that there has been a huge shrinkage and promised a exchange after sending to the factory. But 2days back when i check the status, he told that there is no shrinkage, as per the Denizen quality check team and said no exchange is possible. This is utter stupidity as it is now the size of "XL" and they say no shrinkage... Planning to raise a complaint to the consumer court.
