Decolorisation of Sandals

I had purchased a pair of sandals from Exclusive showroom of Bata at Gaurav Tower, jaipur on Feb.8 . At the time of purchase they were Tan/Brown in color. I used them just for a couple of times and their color went off > Now they are neither tan/brown nor Black. I also missed the Bill of that purchased. Now guide me, what should I do? Where I should go for this problem? I will upload the photographs of the above said Sandals tomorrow.
