This is regarding a recent purchase from the ESPRIT store in Vashi, Inorbit Mall, Navi Mumbai, on 07/04
The SALE and discount were not told and due to a size misfit exchange was straight away refused.
I agree by the norms of your sale policy but THAT is hardly the matter here.
Just inform me if I am wrong here. What use is a GIFTED cloth to anyone if it DOES'NT fit.
And in case you think that this is about the money, then I should inform you that I have returned the cloth to the store and I am least interested in refund. The attitude of the storekeeper is what makes me feel humiliated that I got up the issue for a mere refund.
What I believe and expect is that you have more than a consumer's money to take care of and if not even that you have a brand to maintain.
Just keeping aside your norms for once and considering ethics for a change is the reason I took an initiative to inform you about this.
