Fashionvia and DTDC Courier
Ordered item not received

I have not received the apparel that i have ordered from fashionvia. The item seems to be returned to them; but i tried to contact them to resend the item. They did not answer the call, I also mailed them the details. But still no response. I want the item or the refund for my money.

Courier Name: DTDC AWB No.: D07500660

Status: Dispatched Dispatch Date:10-10

The first fault is made by DTDC as they did not deliver the item and resent it to the shipper. They did not contact me before doing this. Atleast they should have verified the address details. They did not do this, actually the item did not receive my local DTDC office i guess. Before that, they returned the item.

Please take necessary actions against both these frauds..
