Replacement Or Refund Of Lady Sleepe

With due respect it is submitted that I have purchased a Sleeper Article No.5718089 Priyank of amount Rs.299 on 19.8.2011 from your Bata Shoe Store, Patankar Bazar, Gwalior. On wearing it on second time only, the buckle of the sleeper is broken on 7.10.2011 in short period. Hence I visited to the Bata Showroom for complaint, but the staff said come after two weeks. When I visited after two weeks the manager/staff said that you have came so late and warranty period has been over and misbehaved with me which is unfair trade practice. I have purchased this sleeper looking at the quality, reliability and good service of Bata Company but it was only my myth.

It is requested that take appropriate action as early as possible against the above complain and kindly replace my sleeper or refund money. Otherwise I shall be compelled to take legal action before Hon'ble Consumer Forum, Gwalior.
