I purchased a pair shoe from Footmark, 39/23 Chittoor Rd, South Jn, Ernakulam vide their case invoice No: 936 dated 21st Jun for Rs. 1200-00.

To my surprise the sole has started peal off from the shoe within two weeks. I approached the shop, spending three hours bus ravel from Chottanikara. The shop first said they will not take it back. When I showed the bill they offered me replacement with another shoe costing additional Rs. 400-00. I requested for same brand which they we unable to provide me with. I asked them for a discount on the new one which they refused to oblige, instead they offered me a poor quality crude looking shoe as replacement without additional charge.

I took back shoes. Now I cannot use the shoe and I need just the refund from the shop.
