Dear Concern

I had purchased a show from Metro Shoes raipur, this is my 7th pair of same shoe normally i purchase the same from pentaloons kolkata, this time i had taken the same from metro shoes raipur in the month of december,

after one month monly of the paid it got a long cut in leather from side, i had sent the same for replacement but it has not reched back to me after replacement.

plz find the shoe details below and let me know by when i will get the same replaced.
