My foot damage

Iam using this product pairs of Franco leone from 2004 It started initially with a simple corn untill next two years it was a minor but due to by abroad job i couldn't look in that way not this corns has increased with too many warts/calluses. Now its increasing to all my foot almost 17-18 points on the same foot. My concern was if such brand/quality product wont have stability and why company in not looking to rectify the problem coz i study this kinda problem comes with mostly uncomfortable or quality of footwear.
