I ordered a product online on 29 July.2010 a Giordano watch from Gift360 website through my CITIBANK card order no:14963 and I have been constantly following up with person called Sandeep on 43315543 for my product and also on email sandeep@gift360.in and enquiry@gift360.in

First I was assured i will get the prouduct and then was told that they have shortage of this product and will not be able to deliver it and my charges will be reversed in 7 working days and I hav been charged on my credit card for th same

Till date 14 Sep.10 i have not received the reversal and also there sales executive on 18004251120 give false information about the same

Kindly help me to reverse this charge and get me out of this mental harassemnt

also have the email confriming the same
