Pasting problem

Bought a pair of shoes of Reebok (Model No I50012) from Rainbw impex (glx) Chitra Asansol-West Bengal. Store email id rbk.asngalaxy@gmail.com telephone no 9163321758 on 2nd Oct'11. The shoes has got pasting problem and returned to the shop. Till date no action has been taken and the shop owner has not returned the shoes to me.
