I am really dissappointed by the response n after sale services provided by inc 5 staffs at South city mall, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. I had purchased a stilletoes from this store on 8/12 worth Rs 4000 or above. While purchasing i was told that the stones studded on the sandal will be fixed in case it comes out. Now when i went to the store to get a stone fixed the staffs had a very rude response towards it saying that the company cannot fix anything once the product is out of the shelf.

I have never seen this kind of response. Kindly look into this matter and let me know if i can get the stone fixed on my stilletoes or else it is a complete waste of money for me. I would rather prefer to buy products from stores which offer fabulous after sale services to their customers.
