On their promotional mail i hv ordered and paid for the reebok kit with shoes alongwith complimentary watch on 23rd nov. number of complaints made for non delivery and i get the same answer " your comolaint has been forwarded to the concerned dept"

today also i got the same answer

is there any solution for this?
