Old broken wrist despatched

Vide order 000133843 dt 05.12.09 I had booked a polo wrist watch . basically I did not know this deals4 all company. while making Tata sky recharge through telephone I was lured by their advertisement that if i wanted to buy a wrist watch costing rs. 2000 for only rs. 499 I should proceed. I paid through my credit card. But what I got from deals4all was a broken watch that did not have the glass. Moreover it was not working also. I called them and mailed them too but for a long time they did not respond. Again on calling they told me to send back the article. I did that and i was promised that I would get a fresh piece. I have a writtem mail from them. But what I got is the same old piece. Its an old piece. There is NO customer care per se in this company. The company is into the business of cheating.
