India Today Book Club
Not receiving the product nor receiving my refund

I had purchased a Reebok shoes from India today book club in the month of December for a size of eight number, for which i received a 10 (ten) number shoes in the month of January. I called up at the same time to the customer care and they told me to send it back for replacement and i will get the 8 no. size within a week. But till today's date 24/5 i have not received the shoes back, nor i have received my refund for which i had call up and requested for cancellation of the order and for the refund in the month of march.

Please let me know what can be done.
