I took a subscription to time magazine on the basis of a promotional offer

by India Today, their distributors in India -- a free luggage set -- last year

in november.

it is now september and they are not honouring their commitment, despite

dozens of emails, and even a mail to time asia, who just washed their hands

off, saying contact india today.

this is their latest correspondence. dated 30-8. they sent about

a dozen more earlier. it's shameful that a company like aroon purie's

india today group can do this.

let not others fall prey to this unethical promotions.

this contrasts starkly with Open magazine, who sent their

promised coffee book immediately.
